The harbour front of Barachois, an old fishing wharf where the river meets the sea, providing a very rich environment worth exploring. A natural stop between Forillon-Gaspe and Perce.
The Malbaie sandbar, a quiet place where you can enjoy the presence of more discreet birds like this kingfisher.
Is it an agate from the beach of l'Anse-à-Beaufils or Coin-du-Banc? They are so different. You will easily find a local artisan to polish your semi precious stone in Perce.

If you shop wisely, you can put your hand on original creation from Perce's artists. After all, bringing home handmade treasures makes traveling so much fun.
If kayaking is your sport, we offer the dreamed pool to navigate. Rental equipment available right on the beach.
If you prefer, guided excursion are also available. My recommendation, the last one out in the afternoon, when the rock turns gold.

Perce is also on the whales migration path. Hop on a cruise for the observation of minky whales, fin whales, blue whales, humpback whales, dolphins and porpoises.
One of the best place to dive in Quebec. The Nautical Club of Percé offers PADI and CMAS formation, equipment renting, oxygen, nitrox, transport and guide. Day or night.

About 1 hour 20 minutes drive from Perce towards Gaspe, you will access the Forillon National Park of Canada. Beach activities, hiking, cycling, rollerblading, horseback riding and maybe the chance to see a black bear...
I don't remember if the aperitif or the sunset comes first, but they surely make a perfect combination.
For the ones who plan their trip very carefully, or the very lucky ones. What about a treck on Bonaventure Island under a full moon?
The night is quietly embracing Perce but many restaurants, terraces and bars are expecting you. Still, it's never to late for shopping.
